Welcome to The Dragon Phoenix Wushu Team! Founded in 1999, The Dragon Phoenix Wushu Team is one of The Ohio State University’s premier martial art clubs. Our team is run completely by students and everyone is welcome - no experience is needed! What we practice is called wushu, a contemporary Chinese martial art and national sport of China. If you are thinking of Jet Li or Jackie Chan, you’re in the right direction! Wushu can train you in strength, balance, speed, flexibility, coordination, and self-defense. When not training, we hold many social activities, creating an environment in which great friendships are formed.
Spring Quarter 2008 Practice Times: Mondays: 6:30 - 8:30 PM Wednesdays: 8:30 - 10:30 PM Fridays: 7:00 - 9:00 PM All practices are held at the RPAC in Multipurpose Room #3 (B134)
